Laboratory of Chromatographic Research and Chemical Analysis
The Laboratory of "Chemical and Molecular Genetic Methods of Research and Analysis" specializes in the field of chemical analysis of substances and materials, chemical control of environmental objects, industrial products, mineral and vegetable raw materials. Provides expertise in analytical chemistry, ecology and related fields.
- Development of new techniques, materials and equipment for chromatographic analysis;
- Analysis of environmental objects, industrial samples, petroleum products, food, biological materials, medicines and others;
- Development of analytical methods for the determination of organic compounds in various matrices by gas and liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, IR spectrometry.
- Planning and analytical control during scientific experiments;
- Training in modern methods of analysis.
The laboratory provides services for PCR analysis and sequencing, including next-generation sequencing on the MiSeq Illumina device. And also conducts courses on professional development of specialists and practical training of students.

- isolation of nucleic acids from bacteria, protozoa, fungi, yeast;
- Real-time RT-PCR PCR analysis;
- identification of microorganisms by Sanger sequencing on the ABI 3500 device;
